Refund Policy

The following terms, along with our Policy and Terms of Service, are applicable to all users.

Contract Terms:

The contract becomes effective upon service activation for the initial term ("Initial Term") of one (1) year. Upon the conclusion of this Initial Term, the contract is automatically renewed via the Auto-renewal system if selected by the user for the same term.

The service fee, encompassing Basic, Standard, and Premium packages, is payable upon contract signing through website sign-up. Payment for the service will be made manually by the user based on the chosen monthly or quarterly prepaid plan.

The sums owed to "RetailPay" do not cover the cost of the Internet connection, which remains the Customer's responsibility.

The provision of the SaaS Service is contingent upon the Customer's acceptance of these Terms Of Use, found at https://ekycapi.com/terms. The Customer is considered to have accepted the Data Protection Policy by clicking the "Buy Now" button when ordering the Service.

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Company and the Customer, who accept them without reservation.

Account Termination:

Subject to the provisions of public order, "RetailPay" and the Customer may terminate the Contract in the event of serious misconduct, not remedied within thirty (30) days of formal notice. This termination requires notification to both parties by registered letter, along with acknowledgment of misconducts or TOS violations receipt.

Serious misconducts may include:

Non-payment of an invoice

Violation by the Customer of the scope of the rights granted to them under the contract

Attempted intrusion or attack on the integrity of the Site by the Customer

Additionally, the defaulting Party undertakes to compensate the other Party for all proven damages resulting from the termination of the contract due to a breach by the defaulting Party of its contractual obligations.

Refund Conditions:

In general, we do not offer refunds for our SAAS Service packages, but under certain conditions, the user may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

If a user accidentally purchases the subscription and desires a refund, they must contact us at support@ekycapi.com within 24 hours.

The final decision rests with https://ekycapi.com/, and no claims shall be made against it.

To be eligible for a refund, the user must email with "Subscription Details and Cancellation Reason" within one day.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
